The Marshall County Health Department and the Marshall County Public Health Taxing District, in accordance with Chapters 65 and 424 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, hereby provides notice the financial records may be found online at MCHD 2023-2024 Annual Budget, Marshall  County 2023-2024 Taxing District Budget, or inspected at the Marshall County Health Department, 267 Slickback Road, Benton, KY during administrative office hours Monday-Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 am to 11:30 am.  Request for inspection should be made to the Public Health Director.
