Marshall County Health Department’s Community Health Worker (CHW) serves as a liaison between multiple services in our community and our community members.\u00a0 The CHW is responsible for helping our clients and their families’ navigate and access community services and resources.\u00a0 \u00a0The CHW provides social support and informal counseling while advocating for individuals and community health needs.\u00a0 \u00a0CHW also assists clients with fees for prescriptions medications through the Kentucky Prescription Assistance Program (KPAP).<\/p>
