Certified inspectors perform site evaluations and inspections in Kentucky and\u00a0certified installers must install systems unless a homeowner wishes to install\u00a0his or her own system and obtains a homeowner\u2019s permit.<\/p><p>Homeowner permits may only be issued once every five years.<\/p><p>Onsite sewage complaints are investigated.
