In alignment with our current Strategic Plan, each department will work on improving external communication with the client base they serve. MCHD has a adopted a PM plan which includes the PM System Framework with foundational components of Performance Standards, Performance Measurement, Reporting Progress and Quality Improvement (QI).<\/p><p>The Agency Performance Committee (APC) oversees Agency Performance efforts at MCHD.
