The County Health Rankings are published online annually at countyhealthrankings.org and provide an overview of the health of a county. In the 2016 County Health Rankings Report, out of 120 counties in Kentucky, Marshall County moved up from 26th in Health Outcomes to 10th and from 19th to 10th in Health Factors.
